Pomona Eco Solutions

Pomona Eco Solutions is run by Adam and Ross. It provides a workmanship guarantee, with job-specific guarantees confirmed before work begins. Pomona Eco Solutions covers Liverpool and Merseyside, including Sefton, Knowsley, St Helens, Wirral and Halton. It supports homeowners, landlords, letting agents, property managers and small commercial property clients. The company provides plumbing, heating, boiler, gas safety and practical energy improvement services.

Punctuality and a professional manner are the themes that surface most often in feedback for Pomona Eco Solutions, whose customers describe engineers turning up when arranged and completing work to a consistent standard. Boiler installation is the task most frequently referenced, with accounts of new units fitted efficiently, and small jobs such as an outside tap also drawing praise for speed and finish. Emergency call-outs feature prominently, including a late-night visit when a boiler failed in a household with young children, where the fault was resolved during the same visit.

Reviewers mention clear explanations given before and after the job, and tidiness is noted, with equipment and debris cleared away once work concluded. Charges are described as fair and competitive, and the engineers come across as polite, approachable and patient with questions. Going beyond what was asked is highlighted more than once, and gas engineering and heating equipment supply appear among the services customers used. The volume of consistent accounts suggests a dependable operation that customers pass on to others in Liverpool.
