Southampton homeowners who have commissioned spray foam insulation from Prize Insulation describe a consistently positive experience across several projects. Reviewers repeatedly highlight the professionalism of the team, with Jason named for carrying out a thorough survey and explaining the process clearly before any work started. A number of customers describe how the hard-working team applied foam into hard-to-reach areas of complicated roof spaces, completing the job efficiently in a single day. A recurring theme is the tidiness of the finish, with rooms left clean once the team had packed up.

Customers also mention fair and competitive pricing, noting that the estimates were reasonable compared with other quotes they had received. The difference in comfort is a point that comes up often: loft rooms that were once too cold or too hot now hold a perfect temperature, and one household also noticed an improvement in noise levels. Communication before and after the job is praised, with questions answered fully and the family-run nature of the business mentioned with appreciation. Matt is singled out as a particularly capable worker, and the friendly, competent attitude of staff runs throughout the feedback.
