I had a leak in my flat and R&D couldn’t have been more helpful! They got someone out to me quickly and did such a fantastic job! Steven, who attended, identified the issue, explained the work that he was doing (which to someone who is clueless in plumbing works was really appreciated and provided reassurance about the job too). He sorted the issue and made absolutely sure he was 100% happy with it, plus he gave me some really helpful information about the pipe work in my flat, which I didn’t know before, and honestly, couldn’t have been nicer. That goes for everyone I have spoken to at R&D they have all been so lovely and helpful. I highly recommend!!

I have had R&D to service my calor gas boiler (for the 2nd time), do some electrical work to connect my Keter Shed up to the mains and recently some plumbing works. Very professional workforce and always willing to help. This also applies to the lady who answers the phone. The cost of the works carried out have always been very reasonable. Well done to all at R&D. Would definitely recommend! New edit November 2025. R&D have been out to sort out a problem with my Central Heating - the system was leaking. They found the leak and replaced the offending part. This was not straight forward as we live in a Park Home. This means they had to access a space under our home to change the part. Note not all plumbing firms will do this for Park Home's. PS their bill was very reasonable as usual! Thanks guy's

Would highly recommend R&D Services (Aberdeen) Ltd, professionalism was excellent and thorough by getting a lesson on boiler services. Communication with R&D are excellent with excellent customer service and were always on-time. Would continue to use R&D Services for the trades that are provided.

The R&D team recently carried out our boiler and unvented tank service along with some heating system repairs. Very helpful and knowledgeable team who sourced the parts quickly and ensured they were installed asap. Thanks for the help.
