The engineer did a great job in Islington by fixing my boiler at short notice and was very professional and polite throughout the job
Repaired electric boiler and unvented hot water cylinder in Hackney Wick, super speedy and super helpful, also came within an hour of contacting on the same day so we are incredibly grateful!!
Came out within the hour on a Sunday evening and fixed the boiler in 20 mins. Saved me from a miserable Sunday night / Monday morning with no heating and a cold shower. Friendly service. Highly recommend.
Absolutely brilliant service at a time when one of my close relatives is terminally ill. Whoever the engineer was, he is my hero in a time of crisis. Thank you most sincerely, sir!
Absolutely brilliant service. I’d just moved into a new flat and had no idea what was wrong with my heating and hot water system. I called last minute in what was basically an emergency and he went out of his way to fit me in first thing the next morning. He was incredibly friendly, professional and clearly very knowledgeable, especially with heat pumps. He spent time properly analysing the system, was on the phone to the heat pump manufacturer to diagnose the issue, sourced the parts and then came back the same day to fix everything. This was something no one else had been able to figure out for four days, and he resolved it all within a single day. Very efficient, went above and beyond, and very reasonably priced. Genuinely a great guy and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyone needing plumbing or heat pump work in East London or Essex.
Fitted a new boiler at very short notice. The two guys who came to install it were great, very friendly, explained everything clearly and cleaned up well afterwards. Thanks for the great service
These are my go-to guys! Chad and JP have been looking after my boilers and radiators for years. Very professional, friendly, reliable and honest and go the extra mile. Could not recommend them and their services more. Thank you! Savannah
