Heat pump servicing and boiler installation feature prominently in accounts of this Plymouth company, whose customers describe a consistently dependable operation. Several reviewers highlight the quality of the finished work, noting that a complete new system was fitted and finished off to satisfaction, while others mention a new boiler installed along with the removal of old pipework and the repositioning of the unit without difficulty.

Punctuality and reliability come up repeatedly, with one customer remarking on a rare instance of a tradesperson arriving exactly when promised, and another describing a reply on Christmas Day followed by attendance within days. Communication is another recurring theme, covering clear discussion of the proposed approach beforehand and detailed explanations of findings, including service reports supported by images. Tidiness is mentioned often, with the work area kept clean throughout and no mess left behind.

Reviewers also name staff, among them Jenni, Andy and Mark, praising their politeness, patience and persistence when unexpected problems arose during a job. The team is described as friendly and informative, quoting reasonable prices for the work undertaken. Servicing of ground source heat pumps and heating systems is noted as a specialism customers intend to return to, with the diligence and efficiency of the engineers singled out for particular mention across multiple accounts.
