Plymouth-based Sig Insulation operates as an insulation contractor from St Modwen Road, and the two available accounts point in opposite directions. The positive report thanks Mike by name for resolving a matter and describes the service as brilliant, indicating helpful staff and a problem sorted out.

The negative account describes unhelpful and obnoxious conduct with a rude attitude, and states that the business would not be rated at all. There is no common ground between the two, and neither comment gives detail about the insulation work itself, the materials involved or the methods used, so the feedback covers staff conduct rather than the finished result.
