Used this company for the new boiler government grant scheme. Work was basic, but after it's inspection work was not up to code. This was in 2025, still waiting for a response from Simple Energy Services. Also fairly certain the lads sold my old boiler to a chap that came to my door!

Really happy with the service from Simple Heating Services. Giuseppe was very helpful and sorted everything out quickly and efficiently. The whole process was much easier than expected, and my solar panels were installed in no time. The installation team were professional, polite, and kept everything clean and tidy. I had a great experience overall and would definitely recommend them for solar panel installation.

Simple fitted a boiler for my elderly Aunt, they did a great job as she was very anxious about having people in. They were really respectful of the house and did a great job. The boiler they took out was a really old floor standing one, she's made up with the new combi boiler and they programmed it before they left to suit her.

I had a full central heating system installed by simple heating services and I couldn’t be more pleased. The process from being offered the grant to having my house surveyed to then having my works completed has been very efficient. The level of customer service has been outstanding from the lovely girls in the early stages to Gordon talking me through the whole process of my boiler installation they really couldn’t have been more helpful. Roy who came to install my boiler went above and beyond, very professional and polite and completed all the works to such a high standard I am incredibly pleased.
