Andrew and Raymond saved the day again! We thought, we only had a problem with the toilet flush and a small leak. It turns out screws holding the toilet tank in place were so rusted that the tank could have fallen off the wall at any time. Thankfully, Raymond spotted it and sorted it while fixing our original problems. I am very grateful to the team, and I will use them again in future.

Came out when reported a leak in boiler through boiler cover insurance. Fraser quickly identified the issue and explained process. Not covered by insurance so got a quote from a few companies and went with quote from Andy, who also offered some other options. Andy kept in touch and Fraser attended to do flush and repairs, good communication throughout and good job done by Fraser, left the place as he found it. Hopefully won’t need to but wouldn’t hesitate to contact in future if the need arose.

Great experience with Fraser, I had a small leak in my boiler found when getting my annual service. While repairing the small leak, he went ahead and fixed a few other bits of my boiler that often fail over time. His experience when he worked for larger companies taught him that these components tend to fail over time, so when you've stripped out the boiler to fix one little bit, you might as well fix the whole thing. Very much appreciate going above and beyond to give a great, professional service. Thanks

Outstanding company. After my boiler breaking down, they made an appointment to attend which they subsequently brought forward by a day to allow a quicker resolution! Constant updates and honest communication. Engineer attended with parts an hour earlier than planned and all fixed. A very professional service with really knowledgeable engineers. Had a couple of issues with my boiler and system which is quite old and good solutions were provided at a reasonable price. Great communication from Andy & his team.
