Alan went above and beyond to help fix our heat pump after it completely failed. Not only did he fix the problem, he gave us information we'd never had before from any other company about our system. Highly recommended.

We had our annual heat pump service done this week by one of Heat Pump Doctor's engineers, Alan, who was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed by this company's customer service and attention to detail. Reasonable prices too. I'd recommend to anyone with a heat pump.
