The Heat Pump Doctor Ltd

Servicing, repair and fault-finding on heat pumps in Liverpool are the main strands of work that customers of The Heat Pump Doctor Ltd describe. Several reviewers highlight how quickly the firm responds when a system breaks down, including one instance where assistance was arranged at very short notice and another where a failed unit was returned to working order. Something that features in review after review is the technical knowledge demonstrated during visits, with Alan named for exceeding expectations and for explaining a system in terms that had not been offered before.

The engineers are described as professional, friendly and helpful, and attention to detail during an annual service is noted. Reviews also refer to reasonable pricing and to a stock of spare parts held for practical use. Being willing to work on equipment originally installed by a different company is mentioned as reassuring. The advice given on how a heat pump operates, and the care taken over servicing and repairs, are recurring themes in the feedback.
