I have ASHP installed and there are so many plumbers/underfloor heating experts struggle even to understand how it should be serviced or diagnosed when issue comes. I changed many plumbers in the last 3 years , Paul seems to be the only one who understands and fix the issue so quickly. All work done within a day with Paul and Roger, left the house nice and clean after all the work too! 👍🏼
I highly recommend Paul for underfloor heating repairs. If you have "wet" underfloor heating, you know the pumps can be a headache! Paul is the 3rd plumber we’ve had in 9 years, and he was fantastic. Out of the 7 quotes I received, Paul stood out for being knowledgeable and fair with his pricing. He did a full system flush and a pump replacement quickly and with no mess. So glad we found someone reliable!
Avoid. Quoted £1750 + VAT to flush out our underfloor heating and put in new pipes as current leaking part is obsolete. A full day's work apparently. This was quoted 3 mins after looking at the system - call out fee £200. None of which would have solved the small problem as to why the heating was not working. Actual work required: New motor, work completed in 2hrs, at a cost of £300 in total. Total scam, playing on lack of insight and cold weather.
Would highly recommend Paul. Efficient and friendly service from beginning to end. He managed to squeeze our job in around other jobs he already had. He flushed the pipework and installed a complete new system, all done in an afternoon and so far no issues. Easy to get hold of for follow up questions and overall would recommend to anyone wanting anything from just a service to complete overhaul of underfloor heating system. Cheers.
Paul and Roger were both absolutely fantastic. Highly professional and efficient - was particularly grateful to them for being willing work over a weekend. Very nice to chat with both of them about the work and learn from their obvious expertise and enthusiasm. Can’t recommend them enough!
Paul did a fantastic job today fixing my underfloor heating - he diagnosed the problem cleaned the whole system , fitted a new pump and additional pipe work to make sure my system was working for the first time in nearly 3 years . Highly recommend
Very happy to say that Paul diagnosed why our underfloor heating wasn't working in one part of the house, and returned with parts two days later to fix it. We are warm again! I was able to book in a visit very quickly and the job was done professionally and efficiently. Will call them back for any future issues/maintenance.
