I recently had a FoxESS solar and battery system installed by Thermal Guardian, and I’m extremely pleased with the results. The installation was carried out professionally, and the team was knowledgeable, helpful, and tidy throughout the process. The system has significantly reduced my electricity bills, and the battery allows me to store excess solar energy generated during the day for use in the evenings. The FoxESS monitoring app is easy to use and provides clear information on energy generation, consumption, and battery performance. The system has been reliable, efficient, and virtually maintenance-free. Overall, it has been a worthwhile investment that has increased my energy independence and reduced my reliance on the grid. I would happily recommend both the FoxESS solar and battery system and Thermal Guardian to anyone considering renewable energy for their home.
Had our loft insulation done today 5th may 2 very nice and friendly men came got here around 10 and and finished at 3 30.00 showed me photos and videos was we'll pleased and they cleaned up after them would recommend
Update: The company did contact me after this review and they were very nice, advising that the individuals we had doing the work have since left them. Our faith had already been knocked so we had already got another company to fix it who did a great job. I have improved my score to two stars following the good interaction, but I cannot remove it or improve higher since Thermal Guardian should have checked up on the work if they had concerns about their employees. If you do use them, make sure they give you documentation and check the work that's been done. Original review: We were pleased with the work, but we have just had an independent review and discovered that they were cowboys. I don't know if the company is genuine and they just sent us naff workers, but it's essentially just bubble wrap and there's still foam left. They didn't provide any guarantee or certification. Now we have to get another company in to redo it, paying all over again. So disheartened. It's impossible to know who to trust! Sharing this experience to hopefully save someone else.
When I asked if their follow up inspection would help us recoup the money spent having the insulation taken out, they hung up in me!!!! Do not trade with these guys!!
Recently had foil insulation installed in my loft space. Very efficient team, polite and very clean and tidy. Too soon to comment on energy savings yet. I would certainly recommend this company
The whole experience was fantastic. The salesman Phil, explained the installation process and I was able to get answers to my concerns before I had signed up. Very reassuring. The fitters turned up on time and again explained what they were going to do, They laid carpet protection from top to bottom of my house, all 4 floors were covered. When they had finished there was absolutely no mess left. I am looking forward to receiving the photos they took and showed me so I can show my family. A job well done.
