I was super-impressed with the fitting of a new Viessmann boiler from the moment I spoke to Toby to get a quote, through the entire fitting process. Everything was done professionally and the fitter, George, was lovely, very efficient and explained how it all worked and all the features. Excellent all round.

Boiler replacement. Fabulous service from giving quotes and discussing best options, to booking installation date/time and then completing work. Gentle personalities and reassured me that on going support would be available if needed at the end of the phone line. Recommended and I'll be asking them to do further jobs. I ordered a boiler through Heatable and they contracted United Heating to install the unit. The installation was carried out by Tobias while my wife was home and I was at work. As soon as I came home I went straight upstairs to see the work and was truly amazed, it was all much greater than I expected. All the horrible old leaky pipework was ripped out and replaced with new organized piping. Looking at all the work from the piping to the flue and boiler itself, everything was noticeably installed by a master fitter who pays great attention to detail and makes sure the job is done right. Tobias arrived promptly (which was a good start having been let down many times by others in the past) and completed the install in one working day even leaving me a little video, recorded by my wife, talking me through all the features and explaining everything I needed to know. I will be keeping his number on file for all future concerns regarding pluming as once you find a trusted fitter, you stick with them!

We had a Viesmann boiler installed yesterday . The engineer who's name is George was excellent , very professional and tidy . They arrived when they said they would , and provided a contact number for any post installation questions. We would recommend this company to any one .

Toby and Matt arrived bang on time and made an excellent job of removing my old boiler and fitting the new one. All rubbish was cleared up before they left and within 30 minutes a recycling Company turned up and took away the old boiler and bits and bobs. Two nice guys who clearly are very professional and knowledgeable in what they do. Thoroughly recommended, Thank You!
