Sutton Coldfield residents describe loft insulation and boarding projects completed by VerdantGreen Ltd, with the process from first visit to handover frequently called smooth and professional. Named team members Louis, Megan, Harry and Lee appear across accounts, noted for their friendly manner, patience and readiness to explain each stage, including sending photographs as the work progressed. Various customers describe how the team listened closely to what was required and produced results that matched or surpassed expectations, whether the task was an insulation top-up, boarding out a full loft, enlarging a hatch or installing a pull-down ladder with sockets and lights.

Reliability and punctuality feature regularly, with jobs completed inside the agreed time frame and finished to a good standard, while the thorough clean-up afterwards is a point that comes up often. Reviewers also mention clear, reasonable quotes provided before work started and a confident, calm approach even when a loft was in a cluttered state. The service extends to loft fit-outs, insulation and improved access, with the care taken over each detail prompting repeat bookings and referrals.
