I was invited with a group of heating engineers to visit the factory in Belfast and as an engineer myself I was very impressed with not only the product itself which I found has a much greater build quality than its competitors. Not only that but the ethos and attitude of the company was also pragmatic, helpful and very professional. I must admit being based in mainland Uk I wasn’t familiar with the product before hand but pleased to say that I have ordered a kit from them for our next install. Great quality, good price with good support 👍

Lou and Gavin came to set up and commission our install a Warmflow AS03-290 heat pump warmflow HP290UV cylinder and provided an excellent service. They took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly, making sure we understood how the system works and what to expect. I have built up a good working relationship with Gavin over the years, i can honestly say he’s one of the best out there with his customer relations and support . He answers any enquiries efficiently without delay and his products knowledge is fantastic . I’ve recently fitted my first Warmflow Cylinder , on the whole a very postive experience. A lot of thought has gone into the design and they clearly have the installer in mind. One small negative I had was that the Cold Water Combination Valve and the location of the Expansion Vessel connection. Unless I’m overlooking something , then the valve can only be installed in one particular direction, as the “tapping “ for the vessel is on the front of the valve , so it can be fitted horizontally on a wall from right to left , however not from left to right as the “tapping “ then gets fouled by the wall unless the who valve is spaced off the wall a number of inches to allow for a fitting /attachment . I appreciate that may be a bit tricky to follow , I’ve explained the best I can . Not a big issue if you know about it , and I’ll be more prepared next time if this particular valve is still specified within the components pack . On the whole , a very good experience and I would definitely be looking to install one of these units in the future .

Installed a warmflow e43 external last week. Really impressed with the quality and ease of Installation. It has a riello burner which is really easy to setup. It heated the house in no time considering it was a converted barn with around 30radiators in total. Customer service is great, Lou the rep always goes the extra mile to help you out and really knows his stuff if you have any queries. Excellent service and I look forward to installing the next one

We recently installed a Warmflow boiler for the underfloor heating in our new build house and are very pleased with it. The house is always warm and the boiler has been easy to run.

Did a warranty repair call out for this company few months ago and still not paid their invoice. Do hundreds of warranty call outs for Grant Boilers and never a problem with payment. Fitted 3 of their oil boilers following false promises from their sales rep and deeply regret doing it. Beware when installing their products as they are a nightmare to deal with when the customer calls with issues. AVOID!!

We recently used Warmflow for a boiler upgrade project, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. From our initial contact with the local representative through to installation and final sign-off, everything ran smoothly. We’ll definitely be installing more of their products in the future.
