I would urge anyone who has the resources to consider installing an A2A heat pump - which also blissfully! cools. Ben and Jamie from the WarmVent team were extremely professional, efficient and friendly. An initial visit from Ben helped me to decide if an A2A unit was for me, best place for it and unit options. There was no pressure at all to buy which was great - all information was then shared via email. Once I decided to go ahead I confirmed through 50% payment and arranged an installment date. The day of installation Ben and Jamie were prompt, efficient and friendly. On completion Ben described clearly how to operate the unit (and answered my random technical questions :) and cleared up thoroughly. The unit itself is excellent - perfect for cooling my very hot upstairs so I'm now sleeping (and working) comfortably. As it also heats I may be able to remove radiators and reduce my gas usage. The outside unit is not as obtrusive as you might imagine and there is minimal noise so I'm confident I'm not disturbing neighbours. Thoroughly recommend an exploratory meeting - there is NO hard sell. Thank you Ben and the team!
Just had a system installed for one room and am very happy with the performance. Both Adam and Ben who installed the system made sure to keep any disruption to a minimum will definitely use again

I highly recommend Warmvent based on the outstanding level of service I experienced. From order through to handover, every step was seamless and communication was spot on. Quality of installation and care taken exceeded my expectations.
When I first made contact with Warmvent I spoke to Gary who was very helpful and informative and offered a free survey to discuss my requirements. Michael came to my property and did a survey and suggested the best place for the internal and external units to optimise the area being covered. I didn't feel any pressure from Gary and Michael to go ahead and they were extremely helpful and patient when I had so many questions to ask. My air conditioning was fitted at the end of January and this has been a godsend as it has the addition of heating so I feel this is a real asset to my property as I will be covered for all seasons. I also love the fact that it comes with an app so I can heat/cool my property before I get home. I am so pleased with the air conditioning and heating that my parents want it too and have just placed their order in readiness for the spring and summer. I have to say that Gary Michael and Leigh have been a pleasure to deal with from my initial contact with Warmvent to installation and I certainly will be reccomending them to everyone. This is our second installation of Air 2 Air heat pumps, this time opting for two units with nanoe-x technology. These units filter and purify the air coming into our house even stopping such strains as Covid so this was a big plus in installing these units. Mike and Leigh were very tidy and professional a true asset to the WarmVent Company. Highly recommend this company if you are considering your options for heating with the added benefit of Air Conditioning all with purified air. Thanks
