The really hot weather has been terrible especially for our dog more than ourselves. I contacted Westcott and cannot fault the service we received. Right from making an enquiry to the fast response from John calling us back. Then a visit the next day to discuss the fitment of our air conditioning and 4 days later installed. The fitters are the best I have seen and dealt with. Tidying up after every step of the fitment process so nothing to clear up at the end. Very professional and worked hard especially in this heat. We had heat pumps installed in our home in Coventry recently, and the experience was excellent. John was really quick to arrange a visit, and to get back about multiple queries we had. He was very patient explaining things to us, and providing quotations for different options, until we made up our minds. When the engineers came to do the installation, they were very professional, caused minimum disruption and left everything tidy and clean. We are now happy owners of two great heat pumps, that provide both heating and air conditioning - which is a real life saver in this weather. The units are quiet and efficient, and we wholeheartedly recommend the company, the whole process was pleasant and straightforward.

Westcott Air-Conditioning are a superb choice of service provider for any air-conditioning requirements. From our initial inquiry at the beginning of March to the completion of installation just about a month later, the service provided was excellent throughout: Responsiveness, Punctuality, Quality of Work, Professionalism and Value for Money was superb. Initial contact made through their website resulted in a rapid response and John arriving within a day or two, to talk us through our requirements. Subsequent to his quote, he patiently answered numerous follow-up questions allowing us to decide the exact configuration to our satisfaction: a single external unit supplying two rooms. The quotation was very competitive (we did get multiple quotes) and the initial deposit requirement extremely reasonable. After separately installing a dedicated power circuit ourselves via an electrical contractor, to feed power to the units, an installation booking was made with Westcotts and the work completed at the beginning of April. The installers were particularly praiseworthy. They clearly knew what they were doing and undertook the work with minimal disruption and high competence. Craig was the lead person doing the installation and must be especially mentioned - he was excellent. His two other colleagues were also clearly well versed in their trade and a pleasure to interact with. They also conscientiously cleared up after their work and Craig explained the operation and functionality of the installation with great clarity. This has been a very positive experience all throughout the process.

Very professional, friendly and knowledgeable company. Wanted some air con units installed well before the summer heat, and these guys did a great job. We enquired with a few companies, and I found Westcott to be the most reliable and professional. Really pleased with the two units, as well as being able to cool, I love that they also heat a really large space, quickly and efficiently. Installation was quick and very tidy, they really know what they’re doing. The cooling will be amazing in the summer, and I’ll no longer dread the heat! Thanks guys
