Our heating system was not working properly and there were numerous issues that arose from the original problem which Mohammad eventually identified. It required patience and expertise to do this. Mohammad explained what he was doing (in simple terms for me) and advised on future operation of the system to ensure it keeps running smoothly. Absolutely delighted that we now have a heating system working well and I am delighted to recommend Z&M Heating for a prompt and friendly service.

Called Z&M on a Saturday as my oil heating wasn't working. The individual who answered the phone advised they'd call at the end of their day so I wasn't stuck. They called out as agreed and advised they could come back tomorrow morning (on their day off) with the correct parts to fix the issue. They called back the following morning as agreed and fixed the issue after much perseverance. I'm over the moon with the service received and price paid as others had stated the boiler was 'unfixable'.
Incredible service from these two gentlemen. They were a pleasure to deal with, knew exactly what they were doing and when the inevitable challenges that come with working in an old house arose, they were determined and found a solution. We are delighted with their work extending a gas line and installing a cooker and highly recommend them.
Wish I had found them before. They are very reliable and have all the skills to do a fantastic job. Mo came very quickly to do an emergency repair and fitted a new boiler the following week! It was a tricky as it also involved replacement of the flu. Very pleased with the service and would recommend to others for sure.
Very friendly and courteous guys. Came out to check the boiler on a Thursday morning and found it needed parts. They were back on Friday evening and had the boiler fixed, up and running within a half an hour. After a week of no heating I was extremely grateful for their speedy and efficient repair service.
The boiler was having issues for months with loud noises and hot water intermittently working, Mohammad was able to diagnose and get the problem fixed leaving us with central heating working until he was able to install the new part for the hot water - and came out on his day off! Lovely guys, and would definitely recommend.
