What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
Air conditioning faults in the server and communications rooms of a Wallsend shipyard form the project described by the customer who contacted this Newcastle upon Tyne firm. According to that account, an earlier council-linked contractor attended briefly, gave little explanation of the problem and still left a bill, so the call was made with the fault unresolved after nearly two months.
A former colleague from Amec provided the recommendation that led to the company, described in the review as a local operation working on air conditioning repair and system supply. The premises and the rooms affected are set out directly by the person writing, who works at the shipyard. The work sits within the air conditioning repair and equipment supply specialisms listed for the business.

I work for Swan Hunter Shipyard in Wallsend and we've had problems with our air conditioning in the server and commoms room for getting on 2 months now, One company belonging to the council came out and very quickly left with not much explanation as to what the problem was. Never the less they charged us £250. Looking on Yell I found ADS Aircon Ltd who happened to be a local firm and was recommended by an ex colleague from Amec. Calling them I got through to one of there engineers straight away and was booked in for the following day. The following morning an engineer turned before I could finish my coffee and straight way diagnosed the problem, the equipment we have is rather old and being an experienced engineer he had the right knowledge and wisdom to get both units working perfectly by the end of the day. Since then we now have a 6 month regular health check\maintenance contract with ADS Aircon, for a surprisingly reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this firm to any IT Department in the north east, they definitely saved my beacon. Thanks ADS
