Newcastle Heating and Plumbing - Cowgate

Just can't be beaten for price and service ! They've got parts for boilers that no one else has, great to keep your older boilers going for customers on a budget!!!!

Excellent first class service, had the part I needed and dispatched the same day, backed up by a WhatsApp video call when I got stuck. Not many firms would do that.

Great prices and availability. Next day delivery. Keep up the good work.

Just had Martin here this morning to service the boiler excellent attention to detail Explained everything very clearly to what he was doing/done Excellent service was on time and a very pleasant customer service manor He is a good lad Thank you Martin

I highly recommend this store. They provide a professional approach to customer service, excellent assistance in selecting the right parts, and very fast shipping. I am truly satisfied with my experience and would gladly recommend this store to others. Thank you for all your help and support.

Very efficient service when purchasing a reconditioned boiler part. Unfortunately, didn’t work out, but a refund was quickly received. Would have no hesitation of using the company again.

Amazing service and pricing. Manufacturer prices are eyewatering so it's incredible that this company can refurbish parts and sell them at a fraction of the price manufacturer's demand. My only request is please please please stop using royal mail. They are a nightmare. They just send messages for days on end saying they attempted delivery when they haven't done anything of the sort.
