Phoenix Gas and Heating – Boiler Experts

Phoenix Gas and Heating – Boiler Experts is described by customers as a reliable presence for boiler repairs, replacements and gas work across Newcastle upon Tyne, including urgent call-outs when heating or hot water fails. Abdul, the owner, is named frequently, and his diagnostic ability is singled out: several accounts recall faults that had defeated previous engineers being traced quickly, while one landlord mentions a condemned boiler replaced within a matter of days. Communication features heavily, with customers kept informed about parts on order and follow-up visits, and appointments kept as arranged.

Tidiness and care for property come up often, as do clear explanations of the work required and the reasons behind it. Charges are described as fair and set out honestly beforehand, with replacement options costed promptly and discussed without pressure. The range of work covers servicing, gas pipe repairs, leak response and full heating installations, and advice on different appliance types helped customers choose something efficient for their needs. Patience with questions and a reassuring manner are noted, particularly by those anxious about tenants or family left without warmth. Speed of response and the standard of the finished installation recur throughout the accounts.
