Altherm Air Conditioning

Alex and Tony have recently fitted a split air conditioning unit in my shop. From initial meeting, to receiving the quote, through to installation, I could not fault Altherm. Communication was good, the quote was very fairly priced with options of units at different price points and warranties, plus they arrived when expected. Very friendly duo, personable and tidy, plus they were accomodating of our opening hours which I appreciated. The unit looks great and works a treat so will definitely recommend Altherm to our neighbouring businesses should they need an aircon supplier.

Alex and Tony have just completed an install of a multi-split Toshiba air conditioning system for us, one unit downstairs and one upstairs. From initial contact through to the completion of the install, communication has been excellent with helpful advice and answering queries promptly. Installation is very neat, with care taken to protect surrounding areas and everything cleaned up neatly afterwards. Delivered everything we needed and where we wanted it in a friendly and professional manner, would highly recommend.

Cannot recommend Alterm highly enough. Alex and his team are knowledgeable, professional, reliable and friendly. They work incredibly hard to provide the best possible solution and customer service. We have had two units installed, the process was very smooth and we are thrilled with our new air conditioning system. It has been installed with expertise and care, we won’t hesitate to use them again.

Nothing but praise for Alex and Tony at Altherm. They fitted AC in 3 rooms of our house last month. Fantastic service from initial enquiry to completion. They were very considerate while carrying out their work and did a very neat job. The system is all working just as well as we hoped, no regrets, other than not going ahead and getting it done sooner.

From quotation to installation, we were extremely happy with both the service and communication throughout the entire process. The team kept us informed every step of the way, making everything straightforward and hassle-free. The installation of the air conditioning units in our two offices was completed quickly and efficiently by technicians who worked seamlessly together. They were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to answer any questions we had. Once the work was completed, they left everything clean and tidy, with minimal disruption to our working day. We are delighted with the end result and would highly recommend their services.

Altherm recently installed a ducted Toshiba system in our new build house and did a really neat job throughout. The team were competitively priced and provided sound, practical advice at every stage to make sure we ended up with a system that properly suits our needs. The finish is excellent and everything was completed to a high standard. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic service from the guys at Altherm. Had 2 indoor units installed (with one outdoor unit) for the bedroom and living room. The product itself is great, works well, quiet and is cheap to run. The installation was top notch. The guys were professional, respectful of our property, and even coordinated with the electrician for us, meaning we needed to do nothing. Highly recommend
