Second time we have used Ken. He came out today to re-configure the gas pipes behind our present cooker in readiness for delivery of a new range. Punctual, tidy, pipes are now exactly as per plan. Excellent again. Boiler service booked online via the website. Ken called first to say that he was going to be early and that was fine by us! Very friendly and knowledgeable chap and carried out a meticulous and thorough service (which I might add no other heating engineer has done in the past). Would recommend 100% and will definitely use for our next service. Thanks!!
Kenny carried out a boiler service and investigated the underfloor heating system, which had never worked properly and been boxed in for several years. He was thorough, professional and took the time to explain everything clearly. During the boiler service he identified and removed debris that suggested previous servicing may not have been as thorough as it should have been. What I particularly appreciated was that he took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. He was tidy, respectful of the property and left the room as he found it. Excellent service and I would happily recommend York Heating Services.
Thank you Ken. Very polite and friendly. Would absolutely recommend.
Received a boiler service from Kenny. He was clean, tidy and polite. The online booking process was very simple. Will definitely use again.
Kenny was recommended to me by work colleague. Punctual, friendly and professional. Performed full service and while doing it spotted issue which got resolved as well. Boiler works like a charm, again. I was with him all the time (during service) and he patiently explained everything and every question, I had. Paperwork got printed onsite and also received electronic version. Entire experience was very positive and definitely I will book service for next year. Bart
Ken came highly recommended, he arrived on time, thoroughly professional, delighted with the work carried out, I highly recommend this company.
Ken has been absolutely superb on the two occasions he has come out to us. Extremely helpful and professional, would highly recommend his service.
