Avoid this company at all costs. If you value your safety, your time, and your money!!!!! I honestly cannot believe this company is still operating. I paid £200 for them to “fix” a gas leak that I clearly reported when I booked the appointment — and they did absolutely NOTHING to resolve it. First of all, they arrived late in the evening and didn’t even know why they were there. The engineer told me the information about the gas leak hadn’t been passed on to him. How does that even happen? Completely unprofessional from the start. They then used what looked like very cheap equipment and waved a gas sniffer around in front of me but somehow “couldn’t locate” the leak. Instead of properly diagnosing the issue, I was told I would need to re-run the entire gas pipe — which is a massive and expensive job. That advice was completely wrong. To make matters worse, I called another company — British Gas — and within 2 minutes they professionally located the leak and fixed it for the SAME price. No drama. No excuses. Just proper equipment and competent engineers. That alone tells me everything I need to know about this company’s so-called “service.” For the past 4 days I have called them every single day asking to speak to a manager or to get some of my money back. Every time I’m told “a manager will call you back” or I’m placed on hold and then they never return to the phone. No call back. No accountability. Nothing. £200 taken for zero resolution. Incorrect diagnosis. Poor communication. Late arrival. Cheap equipment. No management response. And judging by the “amazing” reviews they have online, I genuinely question whether they are real — because the service I received was absolutely disgusting and nowhere near what those reviews describe.
