Stuart upgraded our aging heating system to mains pressure a few years ago now. All the work is incredibly tidy and it has worked flawlessly ever since. The annual boiler service is always reasonably priced, with helpful reminders; which is great for me as I would forget otherwise! Hopefully it'll all last as long as we want to continue using gas! 100% recommend Eastern Heat for any work in the Norwich area.

Stu and Jake are such lovely considerate guys to have in your home. Really helpful advice, and easy to talk things over with, so you know exactly where you're at with it all. I'm very happy with their work, so neat and tidy, and they made extra effort to fit the job in quickly for me which was really kind. Stuart and his team, especially Jake, and also Paul, did an absolutely superb job at my property. Mine was a humongous job, to convert the entire hot water and heating system and do a complete upgrade of the boiler and all the radiators throughout the property. The work involved long hours, several days, but was absolutely perfect from start to finish. Jake is an absolute superstar and was meticulous, thorough, and professional in every thing he did, even the minor little details. Brilliant service from Eastern Heat Limited! They responded to my enquiry immediately and managed to schedule a regular boiler check in less than two weeks. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and I even received the certificate on the same day. Highly professional and reliable. I’ll definitely use them again!

I am more than pleased with my new boiler which Stuart and Jake installed. Jake is very polite as is Stuart. Jake did most of the work and worked hard and left everything clean and tidy. Couldn't recommend enough! Absolutely brilliant company. So easy to deal with. Got a new boiler, a heated hand rail fixed and a new shower (3 different occasions). No fuss and an impeccable clean up after each job.
