Phoenix Install Plumbing and Heating services Norwich

Dale and team installed an electric boiler and central heating in our flint cottage. We cannot praise their work enough. Workmanship of the copper piping installations, through flint walls, attention to detail all superb. Nothing has been too much trouble, on hand for any questions during the quotation process. Sent pictures of progress during the installation as we were away. Professional hand over on completion, and on hand for any queries. We highly recommend Dale.

I recently had a new boiler fitted by Phoenix. From the quote to the finished job the team were 5 star. All appointments were kept, the quote was detailed and the installation was efficient. The pipework is very neat and the boiler is great. They have also installed a boiler for my brother who recommended them. Top quality work and I thoroughly recommend Dale and his team.

Mr Dale Bird of Phoenix Install and Heating services, has proven to be totally professional, reliable and trustworthy whilst fitting our new oil boiler and tank. I want to personally thank him for a job well done.

Cannot recommend Phoenix Install highly enough - we asked for plumber recommendations on the Aylsham Facebook page and their name appeared numerous times - so glad it did. Dale (and Chris) have just replaced my entire antiquated water and heating system - every pipe needed replacing, a major task which I expected to cause a great deal of upheaval. Far from it - they respected my home and that I had to live in it, every evening they vacuumed and tidied and left it in the best order they could under the circumstances. My fitted carpets, some of them new, have been relaid with hardly a sign of them being moved. I’m so impressed with their work, professionalism and friendliness - it was a pleasure to have them here. It’s very rare in this day and age to find a good reliable tradesperson - Dale and Phoenix are a gem of a find.

Dale replaced our oil boiler with a new gas invented system. He and the team were happy to move and disassemble a wardrobe, lift a carpet, lay pipework beneath floorboards and through a supporting beam. All aspects of the old system removed, brickwork patched up and full installation of the system completed on time with no problems. He then explained the operation of the system, it's design and basic steps to take for troubleshooting. I was incredibly impressed with his hard work and performance. Thank you very much.

Dale and his colleague responded within 24 hours to come and assess and completely service my boiler, which was making an awful noise and was a concern. He explained what the problem was, with clarity completing the job rapidly. Highly recommend Phoenix install, if you want a job done well and don’t want to worry!
