Called up with a problem with my underfloor heating on a Thursday afternoon spoke to Rebecca who was very polite and friendly telling me someone could be with me the next day. Callum arrived as was discussed and sorted the problem out with ease. Brilliant service would recommend. 🙂🙂

The family team are first class, from Rebecca in the office to the survey with Robert and Calum who installed new top of range boiler, nothing was too much trouble clean working took away all old parts, can’t recommend enough and all guaranteed for 12 years which they took care off online plus very reasonable price

They responded incredibly quickly, kept me informed throughout, and arranged everything efficiently. The engineer was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely polite. He took the time to explain the issue clearly and had my boiler up and running again much sooner than I expected. Nothing felt like too much trouble, and it was obvious that customer satisfaction is a real priority for this company. Having no heating or hot water can be very stressful, but they made the whole experience as smooth and worry-free as possible. Reliable, friendly, efficient, and genuinely excellent service from start to finish. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and would happily recommend them to family and friends. We highly recommend Widdrington Heating Ltd. Robert came on a bank holiday weekend to view the job and discuss details and 3 days later we had the quote which was very reasonable for the work scope. Alex & Callum arrived promptly on the agreed date and did a top class job of installing our new boiler, hot water tank and radiators. They were very friendly, treated our property with respect, took pride in their work and cleaned up behind themselves.
