It serves social housing, local authorities, housing associations, property developers, principal contractors, asset managers, private landlords, commercial property, the public sector, healthcare and NHS, education, and care and supported housing. Services include cavity wall, loft and roof, internal and external wall, floor and room-in-roof insulation, boiler installations and upgrades, air source heat pumps, solar PV systems, heating controls and storage heaters, retrofit assessment and design, project coordination, airtightness testing, and compliance and quality assurance.

Loft insulation and boiler replacement recur as the main areas of work, with reviewers describing a professional and considerate team that arrives when expected and stays until the job is finished. Several customers highlight the tidiness of the workforce, noting that rooms were cleared of furniture and everything put back and cleaned afterwards. Communication comes up repeatedly, with explanations of the equipment being used and guidance on government funding procedures for free boiler grants and insulation schemes.

Named team members such as Jamil, Khaled, Mahmood and Ahmad are praised for their politeness and helpfulness, and the thoroughness of the workmanship is a point that comes up often. Customers in Glasgow describe the process from survey to installation as quick and smooth, with lofts insulated, extractor fans fitted, window vents installed and Baxi back boilers swapped for full combi heating systems within a few days. The staff are described as respectful of homes and reassuring while working, and the thorough explanation of each stage left customers feeling at ease. Follow-up boiler installations were arranged after initial insulation work, showing an ongoing relationship with the same household.
