We found J&J Heat Ltd online when we needed a plumber to replace our old noisy boiler and I’m so glad we did!! From start to finish, Scott, James and the team were absolutely outstanding. The whole process was very smooth, professional and clean. The team installed a new 35kw Vsilent boiler, redid our water pipe work to ensure efficiency, updated our gas pipe work to ensure everything worked perfectly from day 1, installed claddings on all exposed pipe work and balanced the heating so we never needed to do anything again!! Everone involved in the project were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. The team cleaned up after every shift and even took the rubbish bags away with them!.. the aftercare has been excellent, even after day-1 of checking we had no issues. We are extremely delighted with the results and have finally found our go-to for all our future plumbing projects. Thanks to everyone involved. We are sincerely grateful for a job well done. J & J Heat did our boiler service, the communication in booking them in was so easy and straight forward and they came very quickly. They are very polite, friendly and professional. We will certainly use them again in the future, they just made the whole process effortless, I would highly recommend these guys.

Highly recommended. Scott was a pleasure to deal with, great communication and prompt reply to calls. When he was initially not sure what the right solution was he went out of his way to find out and the fix he provided was spot on, resolved the problem 100%. I spoke to Scott, a partner at J&J's, I have no heating and hot water with 2 small children. He was beyond helpful, without any charge he took initaive to speak to Nest (Google) on my behalf who offered a free service. Scott despite spending over 30 minutes to an hour trying to help me, advised I try to get free help from Google. It's not often we meet genuinely nice people.
