Adrian and Nathan have just completed the first phase of plumbing work as part of our house renovation, and we honestly could not be happier with the result. The standard of their work is incredibly high, and their attention to detail is outstanding. The plumbing itself is so neat and meticulously installed that it genuinely looks like a piece of art! They clearly take enormous pride in what they do, and the quality of their workmanship has exceeded our expectations. Throughout the work, Nathan and Adrian were both friendly, approachable and responsive to any questions we had. They took the time to talk us through every stage—explaining what they were doing, why it was necessary and how everything now works. They even went through every valve, explained what it does, showed us how to turn things on and off, and talked us through how the water flows around the house. I may not remember all of it, but we really appreciated them going the extra mile to make sure we understood everything! They were also a genuine pleasure to have around. They happily engaged in everyday conversation, which made their presence feel enjoyable rather than intrusive—especially during what can otherwise be a stressful and disruptive renovation. A particularly huge bonus was that they managed to save some shelving that we had originally expected would need to be removed to accommodate the new plumbing. This was a fantastic outcome and another example of the care and thought they put into their work. We would highly recommend Nathan and Adrian without hesitation. They are lovely chaps, highly skilled professionals and an absolute pleasure to have working in our home. We are looking forward to having them back for the next stages of the project!

Adrian saves the day for us with an emergency call out on a Sunday evening when we found a damp patch on our toddler’s ceiling - he was around within 30 minutes and did an incredibly thorough job of identifying and fixing the problem all while being super considerate and quiet while we got our daughter to bed! Cannot recommend enough!

I recently had a boiler installed by Adrian and Nathan from Secureheat and a later follow-up visit from Will. All three were exemplary, with Adrian and Nathan working on different but complementary parts of the job to achieve the best outcome for me in terms of boiler function and the cosmetic aspects of the installation, all with the minimum of disruption and unfailing courtesy and friendliness. Will later came to explain some technicalities to me, also with the same helpful and friendly attitude. I was both relieved and delighted by the experience and will definitely be using this firm in the future.

Would highly recommend Secure heat. Adrian has been out today to relocate a radiator in one of my bedrooms. Polite and friendly throughout, explained what was to be done and where the pipework etc had been relocated. Incredibly tidy, very happy with the service from start to finish. Will definitely be booking in for the remainder of the plumbing work that needs to be done throughout the house.

After a burst water pipe in our loft, I called SecureHeat (who I’m happily already a customer with). Laura acted instantly, tracking down the closest engineer, and Joe was at my front door within 15 minutes! He had the burst pipes completely fixed and replaced in under 20 minutes. Absolutely outstanding emergency service from the SecureHeat team. Thank you so much!

Had Joe round to fit me a full heating system in my house.. was professional from the 1st meeting and talked me through the job and costing..the finish of the system was neat and was finished ahead of time with all the required certificates.. would recommend to all should you need any heating engineer work..

Had a great visit from a staff member named Joe. Absolutely fabulous service from start to finish, even helping me solve an issue with my underfloor heating that I couldn’t figure out!! The free radiator key was a great touch and is now proudly sat in our cutlery draw for the next time we need Joes help!!
