R A Brown Heating Services Ltd

Dominic from R A Heating Services was a very efficient professional. He took time to tell us more about our heat pump when it was serviced. How the timer worked and basically explain the most efficient way to run it . He was pleasant friendly and very knowledgeable. Would defiantly recommend this company . Thank you

Alan is an excellent heating engineer. In addition, he gives really useful advice. I recommend him.

I recently accompanied a friend to a scheduled meeting with Richard Brown, owner of R A Brown Heating Service Ltd, at his Renewable Energy showroom. The goal was to explore the possibility of purchasing an Air Source Heat Pump and to determine if his home qualified for the £7,500 government heat pump grant. I want to highlight Richard’s deep expertise, backed by over 40 years in the industry. He confirmed my friend’s eligibility for the grant and provided a rough estimate of the total project cost. As an Air Source Heat Pump owner myself, I was very impressed by Richard’s professionalism and thorough knowledge. We all left the meeting with a much clearer understanding of the advantages and drawbacks involved. Overall, it was an informative and reassuring experience. I would strongly recommend Richard’s services to anyone considering purchasing a heat source pump.

Our whole experience with R A Brown has been very positive. From the office communication and excellent customer service, to Dom the engineer who came out to service our Nibe system and replace a sensor. It was obvious from the start that Dom was very experienced and knew exactly what he was doing. I highly recommend Dom & RA Brown heating services.

I have recently switched from using Mitsubishi to R A Brown for my air source heat pump system and wish I had sooner! The overall service received is far superior. Dom has just completed the first annual check and could not have been more thorough, helpful and respectful of the property.

Superb service. Came out to an emergency and Dom was so efficient and courteous. He worked his magic and has managed to keep us going until a new system is in place. We cannot thank him enough.

Great service from these guys. This company is extremely knowledgeable about my Mitsubishi air source heating and were able to clearly explain the over complicated controls. I’m so relieved to find expert help after spending several years trying! I will not be going anywhere else.
