Our old heating and hot water system failed. Will came out quickly to inspect and it was found to be uneconomical to fix. After receiving Will's quote we went ahead with a new system. Jimmy and Elliot fitted our new system and were a pleasure to have in our apartment. They arrived on time each day, were polite , friendly and professional. Everything was kept tidy and the installation was exceptionally done, so much better than the original. Communications with Krystle in their office were always dealt with quickly and calls always returned. Thank you to the whole team, a great experience and would not hesitate to recommend.

Very good service from the initial contact to the final installation. I contacted Thermal Plumbing on Saturday to install a gas hob. It was installed on Monday morning. Ross, the engineer, was excellent: friendly, informative, and helpful. I definitely recommend this company.

Having been let down by another installer, they were able to take on the work. They explained what would be required to complete the installation and from start to finish they kept me updated on how it was going. They tidied up as they went along and disposing of the old boiler, packaging, rubbish etc. The installation was completed within the specified time and as per the quote. They were very professional, polite and friendly with a good working relationship throughout the installation and would be a great company to work for. I was most impressed with their work and highly recommend them.
