Above and beyond plumbing and boiler services

Boiler broke down just after Xmas. Within one week Tad fitted a new boiler. I cannot fault Tad’s approach to his work; polite, tidy and very efficient. Beautiful job. I recommend him highly.

Tad was swift to respond to my call and get my boiler up and running on the afternoon before the bank holiday weekend was due to start. He quickly identifed the fault with my combi boiler, fixed it and suggested a soultion which will resolve the root cause of the problem. Above and beyond were brilliant in every way. Tad was communicative from beginning to end, always polite and punctual. Our boiler packed in the week before Christmas. He was able to visit the day after we contacted, and fixed us up quickly 2 days later. We are very grateful for his quick turn around and professionalism. He wanted to give us the most cost effective option, and fitted a new boiler with 10yrs warranty. Tad explained everything thoroughly, and informed of common issues that may arise with a new boiler. He also assured us we could contact him if we have any problems. Would highly recommend.
