Nadeem did a brilliant job sorting our underfloor heating issue. We’d had a couple of people previously try unsuccessfully to fix it, then Nadeem came, persisted, and found a smart solution. Very much appreciated!
Nadeem‘s service has always been professional and I can recommend him a hundred percent! Last week, late in the evening we had a problem with our boiler, and he immediately helped us via video call and stayed on the phone until everything was fixed. A really excellent service.
I would highly recommend Nadeem. Several heating engineers had previously tried to fix our underfloor heating problem without success, but Nadeem diagnosed and fixed the problem very quickly and we have had no problems since. He is extremely helpful, courteous and his prices are very reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again if we had any heating issues.
Wow, what a great experience! Called Alinsons and Nadeem was able to suggest a fix over WhatsApp, what an absolute underfloor heating ninja!! Not often you get such amazing and generous customer service. Will certainly recommend to others in the area!
Nadeem has kept our old boiler and heating system in Hackney running perfectly over the past few years. He always does a thorough job and is a great guy to deal with - always communicative and helpful. Highly recommended!
I cannot recommend Nadeem from Alinsons highly enough. He was able to resolve a complex underfloor heating issue that three other underfloor heating companies were unable to. Nadeem is honest, extremely knowledgeable, skilled and experienced at what he does. He prides himself on his customer service so made sure everything was resolved satisfactorily and working. He worked tirelessly to ensure it was done so I am very grateful.
We can recommend Nadeem with complete confidence. We've used him for about 6 years now and he has always been helpful and reliable. He is always helpful when something happens "out of hours", and he will always genuinely explore the best and most cost-effective solution. Our daughter and son-in-law use him now as well!
