Contacted this company as was having an underfloor hearing issue. All numbers were being diverted to one chap (the owner presumably) who kept saying he would get back to me but never did. He then explained his office staff hadn't turned up for a few days hence the delay. Once we finally agreed a time he never turned up. When I called he hung up when he realised how unprofessional his whole outfit is. I had earlier mentioned I couldn't find any reviews or any checkatrade listing etc. Now i see why... Avoid at all costs.
