What customers say
Based on genuine customer reviews
C A Heat Pumps is a heat pump installer working in Newcastle upon Tyne, based at The Cube on Barrack Road. A customer whose heat pump had stopped working describes how Charlie went out of his way to help, with the account centred on the response to a system breakdown.
The review credits the named member of staff for his willingness to assist rather than for a particular installation or equipment brand, and it points to a helpful attitude from the person identified in the feedback. Charlie is the only member of staff named, and the account concerns how he handled the call-out when the unit failed, without any further services, methods or personnel appearing in the feedback.
