David was very helpful to assist with alternatives to my plumbing issues. He was very fast with his contact and inspected and certified my unvented water heater. Will use him again, he was friendly and polite.
Visited day after the job was posted on Mybuilder and did the job there and then. Very quick and efficient, plus gave me a few tips on what to look out for regarding future maintenance
Dave and his apprentice from DFB Heating & Energy were absolutely fantastic. They carried out a boiler service, a gas fire service, and fitted a Hive thermostat — all to a really high standard. Communication was spot‑on throughout, the price was fair, and nothing was too much trouble. I even asked if they could fit a new flush valve while they were here, and they sorted it on the spot without any fuss. Both of them were genuinely sound lads and brilliant with our very jumpy dog, which made the whole experience even easier. Highly recommend — reliable, friendly, and excellent at what they do.

I can't praise this company enough, 5 stars ++. Dave responded to my message and came out the same day. Was very professional and gave me the advice I needed. New boiler fitted next day with care and everything was brilliant from start to finish. Dave was an absolute star, very polite and tidy too! Fantastic service, quick and reliable. Called on bank holiday Monday for a boiler repair, same day review and completed the next day. Given a range of options, really friendly and very professional.
