We couldn't be happier with the work done by James and his team! They transformed our old 60s plumbing, removing a sluggish gravity-fed back boiler and installing a high-efficiency pressurized system alongside a beautiful new multi-fuel stove. On top of their top-tier workmanship, they were incredibly mindful of our home and pets, leaving the house completely clean at the end of the works.

Absolutely smashed it at every single stage of the process. We are so happy with our fireplace transformation, it is perfect! The endless evenings of unwinding, relaxing and de-stressing from watching the flames, what a blessing. All our worries and to do lists melt away. If you’re considering a log burner or a fireplace refresh…do it! Firstly, Simon at the showroom was extremely patient and knowledgeable. He explained all things log burners and helped us decide, even the fine detail decisions like handle style he understood and gave us the time to get it right. The second and equally important decision was the marble choice and again Simon was full of marble knowledge and patience. Who knew there was so much choice! As soon as he showed us the pele de tigre marble though, I knew it was the one. Nothing else could do. Simon was an absolute delight to work with and made this particular house related project one of my favourites so far. You’ll be in great hands. Secondly, Ant, what a rare gem, Ant. We met him at the showroom on one of our visits where he taught us about hearth choices and how to maintain them. We were then honoured to have him help install our fireplace! He went above and beyond at every encounter we had with him. Thank you very much Ant, you did a tremendous job cutting the hearth in the rain, such a trooper! Lastly, and definitely not least, James! You make it look so effortless and yet what a masterpiece you’ve left us to enjoy for many years to come. Thank you very much for checking small detail throughout the process to make sure we were happy. We really appreciate it as fast forward a few months and we’re still discussing how great the proportions and gaps you advised on. Your attention to detail is unrivalled. James even showed us the hidden brand coin behind the marble before installing. From your experience and expertise, you brought out the very best of a very limiting chimney breast. This man is your fireplace connoisseur. Our fireplace has been an investment in our wellbeing and happiness for many years to come and going with this company was the best decision we made. We are very lucky they cover our area in Bedford. They came top in all factors, customer service, knowledge, friendliness…you name it and they are competitively priced to all the fireplace showrooms near us.
