Heat pump installation, maintenance and related plumbing work form the core of what customers describe at Heat Pump Source. Several reviewers highlight the quality of the finished result, with a ground source pump installation said to heat the home effectively and a maintenance visit judged to have been carried out to a high standard. Reliability and punctuality come up often, including a fast response to a leaking water heater and a leaky faucet that was left working properly.

Clear explanations are a recurring theme: customers mention that the team took time to talk through recommendations and proposed repairs, and that questions were answered patiently, with a prompt follow-up reply after a technician had already left. Pricing is described as competitive and reasonable, and the service is repeatedly called friendly. London customers also note that the same firm was used more than once, which points to a dependable working relationship. The work covers heat pump servicing as well as general plumbing repairs, with the standard of the completed job and the willingness to explain it standing out in the accounts.
