I've tried to be fair, and I've tried to reach out to them several times, and all I've got is excuses leading to being ignored... Not a very tidy job to be honest - looks an eyesore. Not much care was taken when doing the work. Also, the boiler flue wasn't changed as it was supposed to be - they reused part of our old one, which they left twisted towards our house which runs the risk of damaging our property and the fumes coming into our home through our windows; that's literally all I wanted rectifying, but nothing... When we purchased our boiler, as part of the deal, we were promised a first year free service. No doubt they won't honour this after my review, but I've had enough of waiting for them...

Excellent knowledge from engineer Abduban Safi. Abduban was respectful of our home, friendly and worked efficiently and cleanly. He identified and fixed the issue with our boiler. Such a friendly engineer. Would highly recommend Abduban. Thank you for your service.

Very pleasant manager. Talked me through the options and took his time to explain things and answer my questions. Answers emails very quickly. Can sort out a boiler install at short notice. Sent me detailed quotes by email. No rush or pressure to go ahead. Very pleasant experience.

Quoted for a new boiler in spring 25. I was very impressed with the level of professionalism - turned up on time; a written quote provided; 3 different boilers quoted for. The quote was straightforward. Not the cheapest but they have credibility by being visible I.e established company, and they don’t hide - impressed by the comms - they answer the phone. Time and cost meant I had to delay following up, but did so in October. Over the moon with the new boiler. The lads fitting and commissioned were professional. Would recommend.

Boiler installation absolutely superb. Took out cupboard shelving and refitted carefully. Boiler is working perfectly. Bad points - largely left to get on with downloading the Viessman customer app and speaking to Viessman helpline when we had problems with the heating controller remotely connecting to the boiler

From the first call Jake has been very thorough and professional giving a very competitive quote. The installation was carried out on the specified date and the place was left clean and tidy. 3 days later the relevant certificates and warranty arrived from the manufacturer so all in all a great company to deal with.
