Fantastic service from start to finish - 5 stars. We had a heat pump and solar panels installed by IMS heat pumps in July 2026. Our first contact with Jeremy to quote and discuss what was best was great, he was really helpful and the price for both systems was extremely competitive. Mark and Luke both carried out detailed site visits for the solar and heat pump systems, again really knowledgeable and helpful and both helped find the right locations for the different bits of the systems. Christian and Toby fitted the heat pump and were absolutely first class, explained everything clearly, were friendly, funny and polite and the quality was fantastic. All the back office team were incredibly helpful too with queries and arrangements for visits. Cannot fault them and would highly recommend IMS to anyone.

I’d like to say a massive thank you to Sim from IMS Heat Pumps for going above and beyond to help me figure out if a heat pump would be right for my project. Instead of just trying to sell me the product, he took the time to walk me through the pros, cons, and realities tailored for my specific (and complicated!) retrofit. Brilliant customer service- no pressure tactics, just technical design-led support. If you want someone who knows their stuff who you can trust, I would definitely recommend IMS.

Following a recommendation for IMS Heat Pumps, we have had a great experience with them. The design & quote for our heat pump went very smoothly, with all our requests taken into consideration, nothing was too difficult to be done. The installers Christian, Bill and their team were very efficient & friendly and did an excellent, neat job. We had a small issue which the team responded to very quickly and sorted out effectively, giving peace of mind. We're very happy we went with IMS.

Excellent firm. They have been in this business for a very long time and they know what they are doing. Customer service is brilliant - they looked after our old heat pump for years and when it finally reached the end of its life (after 18 years) they bent over backwards to get us a new one installed in time for Christmas. Back office team is hugely efficient, always get a quick response. Engineers are highly knowledgeable, very considerate and polite, and clearly take a pride in their work. I recommend IMS very highly indeed.

I had high hopes but it's been terrible. ASHP constantly has water flow errors and stops working. IMS recommended water compensation setting even though thermostat needs internet (fails if no internet, why?!). Their communications is also terrible, phones not picked up, voicemail not replied, emails unanswered. 3 months since switched on and nothing's improved.
