What can I say, superb customer care, professional from start to finish. Promptly arrived when Penguin said they would. Promptly provided a quote and answering all of my questions. When installation was happening, they made sure I was happy and took all of my worries into consideration. Installing AC is not as easy as everyone may tell you, but this form brilliant, highly recommend!
