Phoenix Gas and Heating recently visited to look at an issue with our hot water no longer working on the timer. The root cause was speedily identified and a return visit agreed, as a replacement part was required to fix the issue. The return visit proceeded as planned and the issue was successfully resolved. I was very happy with the overall customer service and found Phoenix Gas and Heating to be very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
