Prestige Plumbing & Heating

Fantastic Service from Ray. I called late on a Friday afternoon with a problem with my leaking toilet. Arrived on Saturday morning 15 minutes early and in no time at all fixed. I have no problem in recommending Prestige Plumbing & Heating. 10/10 from me. Saturday 08/08/2026.

I recently used Prestige Plumbing and Heating and was thoroughly impressed with the overall experience. Their quote for a new boiler installation was one of the most competitive that we received, yet the quality of service was exceptional. Ray and Jamie arrived promptly on the scheduled installation day of our new Glow Worm boiler, worked efficiently, and completed the job far quicker than expected. Also went the extra mile to make sure everything was working perfectly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Prestige Plumbing and Heating to anyone looking for reliable, fairly priced, and customer‑focused service.

Prestige Plumbing and Heat did an excellent job replacing my boiler. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and clearly knew what they were doing. The work was completed to a very high standard, and everything was left clean and tidy afterwards. I’m really happy with the service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality plumbing and heating work.

I had contacted Prestige Plumbing about 2 years ago (along with a few other businesses) for a quotation for a full replacement boiler – I wanted to swap an internal oil boiler system over to an external (outdoor) system. He presented me with the most thorough, detailed, itemised quotation and at a very reasonable price too. The best of 5 different quotes. I didn’t replace it then, but 2 years later, contacted Ray again for an updated quote. He whizzed an equally detailed quotation to me in no time at all. He has just completed the full installation and I can’t say enough good stuff about him and his apprentice Jamie. They were friendly, polite, incredibly efficient, very responsive, tidy, motivated, and got the full installation done in two days and it's the neatest, pipe free external system I've seen. All pipes hidden inside walls. I would not hesitate to recommend Ray and his team to anyone. First Class workmanship with a smile.

Would highly recommend Prestige Plumbing. Recently installed a boiler for my mother-in-law. Very reliable, professional and friendly service. Work was carried out to a high standard and everything was left clean and tidy.

Ray and his team responded quickly to my request to install a new boiler. They were very efficient and professional, and reassuring at every stage. I would recommend them and will definitely use them again myself.

I recently had my boiler replaced with a Glow-Worm combi boiler by Prestige Plumbing and Heating and I am really happy with the service. Ray and his team were excellent from start to finish, friendly, professional and very efficient. The quote was very reasonable and competitive, especially considering it included the cost of the boiler as well. It felt like great value for money compared to others I looked at. They explained everything clearly, worked quickly and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The work itself looks very neat and well finished, you can tell they take pride in what they do. The whole process was smooth and stress free. I would definitely recommend Prestige Plumbing and Heating to anyone looking for reliable and high quality work.
