This review is a little late, as Protocool carried out our AC annual service before Christmas! As usual they arrived promptly at the time stated and carried out a thorough inspection of the system. Harry was polite and professional leaving everything as he found it with no mess. We will continue using Protocol for our AC needs.
We had our air conditioning system serviced by Harry and Adam B recently and were very happy with it all. Harry and Adam arrived on time, were polite and friendly and carried out the job very efficiently, leaving everything clean and tidy afterwards. We’ve had our system for over 15 years now and have never had any problems with it. Great company, great service! Thank you.
Fantastic service from Protocool fitting a Daikin multi-split system to our four bedrooms. From the initial visit I was confident they understood my requirements and this carried through to the installation which was completed with great care and attention to detail. Highly recommended.
