❌❌❌❌Don't use this company and don't call this man❌❌❌... Totally scam... We faced too much harassment We called this guy for our heat pump service, he came immediately for the service, after 1 day our boiler stopped working, we called this guy 100+ times after that, but he never come and always postponed his schedules it's been 4 months we were waiting for him. At last, he said I will not come, you get your work done from someone else. I am totally disappointed. I would suggest don't call this man and company for any work.

We had an ASHP installed on our new build and it wasn’t done very well! They left us with lots of issues, but Dan was recommended to us and he managed to sort all the issues out. We went from being very frustrated to very happy with our system. He was very knowledgeable and managed to get the system working like it should have done from the start! That was 3 years ago and we have had him back every year since to service it. Can not recommend this company (Dan) enough!

I am so pleased to have found Dan and Southern Heat Pumps. Ive struggled with Heat Pump engineers until now and ive tried many. My Development has 35 heat pumps that need maintaining and servicing. Dan has been amazing, he is extremely professional, he is a superb engineer that really looks at problems logically and finds solutions swiftly. He is always contactable and extremely reliable, which is highly important, especially in the winter months.
