He is responsive and always makes time to sort out any issues and gives us advice regarding the choice of boilers and their maintenance and how to save running costs. Excellent service! We had a serious problem with the heating and boiler, and it happened in the evening on Saturday, which made the situation really stressful. He arrived very quickly, immediately knew what the problem was, and arranged the required part as fast as possible. The repair itself was done very efficiently and professionally. Even after the job was finished, when we had several questions and doubts about how the boiler works, he was still very helpful and responsive, answering messages and explaining everything clearly.
