We couldn't be happier with our new air conditioning system. From our very first enquiry to the completed installation, the whole experience was friendly, professional and completely stress-free. The installation team were punctual, courteous and clearly took great pride in their work. They treated our home with respect, explained everything clearly and left everything spotless when they finished. The unit itself has transformed the comfort of our home. It cools the rooms quickly, runs so quietly you hardly notice it's there, and is impressively energy efficient. It's a pleasure to deal with a company that genuinely cares about its customers and stands behind the quality of its work. We’ve recently had an air-con until installed in our kitchen / dining area and we couldn’t be happier. The two engineers were very knowledgeable and professional, answered all our questions and were extremely neat and tidy. We’ve also tried the heating element which we’re also impressed with. My housing association uses this company for all their electrical work, so the firm and workers are looked into ASC they have to enter Holmes with vulnerable and disabled people in. For private electrical work not covered by my housing association I still use their company, there so respectful of me and my bungalow and my schedule due to my complicated medical condition. Another plus point it's nice to deal with a local company so the money stays within my town or surrounding area and not down south like so many outside contractors as there cheaper. The price for the job was really good. I would recommend all hull residents to use the gas company who do gas and electrical work and their eco work(solar panels,air scoured heating all in have benefited through my housing association). To finish off all the office staff are kind when you ring up

I have used The Gas Company for a good few years now. They are always polite and helpful, carrying out the works required efficiently, to a high standard, promptly.

Excellent service. Came out to property within 20 mins of call and fixed the boiler. Very polite and efficient young man. Will definitely use this company again

Very poor service - wouldn’t recommend under any circumstance! Used to provide a good service but has gone to pot! Inexperienced engineer sent out to me that condemned my cooker. Ordered a new unit in light of this, only to find that the gas flow to the cooker was the issue. This should have been picked up by the engineer at the gas check. It was picked up by the installer of my new unit which, in turn, delayed installation by a further week. The admin team were understanding but the technical team were rude and obnoxious. Offered to come to the property at first to discuss the issues and rectify then retracted the statement saying he was too busy. He accused me of being annoyed because I have had to fork out money which was not the issue at all. The fact that my tenant has been without a functioning cooker for two weeks was the sole and only issue. I don’t appreciate these kind of accusatory comments. There are better companies to use. Don’t use these!!
