Had an ASHP fitted on a new build. 5 stars all round, customer service planning and the install itself. Will absoultely use WDS on the next one!

I have just had an air source heat pump fitted last week. Firstly the company was totally professional and reliable for start to finish. I count be happier a firm that "does what it says on the tin", which is a rare thing. Everything was calculated, laid out and delivered just as said. I also have massive praise for the staff who did the fitting, just very efficient, friendly, tidy, I actually miss them, Andrew Albie Steve, Paul. A long time ago I had a heat pump fitted when they were just coming out and it was a disaster. I wasted a lot of money and was still cold. I was very sceptical about going down the same route again. However, despite it only just being fitted I am confident that this will work, be trouble free and affordable. I say this because a friend also used WDS to fit their system and was very happy, because what they said would happen did in fact happen and that I am seeing the data on the apps live time. Thank you WDS. UPDATE just got through winter, system worked well, house warm and plenty of hot water. Trouble free. Will update on costings after one year and plan to have batteries.

We had a heat pump installed by WDS in the summer of 2025. We now have a lovely cosy home that doesn't cost the earth to heat. WDS took a significant amount of time to survey our house (early 1900 barn conversion) to perform heat loss and radiator sizing calculations to ensure positive outcomes. Since installed in summer they came back out in the winter to optimise and explain how to run efficiently. They are a very professional and highly skilled firm that I highly recommend.

WDS Green Energy have been a brilliant company to deal with .Geyn their projects manager is a real star.We had an ASHP installed around 15 months ago. The process coordinated by Gwyn went brilliantly, including under floor heating. I had a problem of my own making a little while ago and WDS were still as committed to superb customer service 15 months on , solving rhe problemfor me quicklyand efficiently.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them.

From the very first consultation with Jim to the final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with. Jim took the time to explain the system in detail, answered all my questions, and tailored the installation to suit my home’s needs. The installation by Dean and Adam was thorough and efficient. All work was completed to a neat and excellent standard - there was a high attention to detail at every level. Lewis, who project managed our install, was always available to answer questions and was accommodating with the timeframe and factors beyond our control, as we were fully renovating. I would absolutely recommend WDS Green Energy to anyone considering a renewable heating system. Jim, Dean, Adam and Lewis really know their stuff, and WDS delivered excellent service from start to finish!

Rarely in today’s day and age do I come across a company who exceeds expectations. From the outset WDS were a breath of fresh air, meticulous in the design, methodical in the execution; and nothing was rushed! All of the staff I had contact with, Siôn, Chris, Gwyn and Dean had detailed knowledge of the pros and cons of various setups, were passionate about their work, and they had systems installed themselves at home! Which is always a good sign!

Only have good things to say about WDS. Plumbing and heating is a blindspot for me but they made the process of getting 2 ASHPs for an old building renovation very painless, and I understood what I was buying the whole way thanks to the info provided.
