Heat Source NE Ltd

In Newcastle upon Tyne, Heat Source NE Ltd has carried out plumbing and heating work that has included fitting radiators and converting an electric hob to gas, together with the associated gas pipework. More than one customer describes the engineer responding promptly when heating or hot water is lost, arriving sooner than arranged after a household had gone six days without hot water and inviting the customer to call back if further problems arose. That readiness to return is echoed in another account, which rates the service as excellent.

Installation work, from radiators to the gas hob and its pipework, is reported as completed as requested, and the approach is described as practical and solution-focused rather than tied up in administration. Balanced against this, one reviewer reports that a job referred through Corgi did not go ahead because the engineer failed to attend and made no contact at all. Recurring themes are capable installation work and a fast response when heating fails, with a single failure to turn up noted.
