Loader Plumbing Heating and Gas

Ben consistently provided prompt responses to initial enquiry and subsequent queries regarding my valve and tap replacements works. Ridiculously efficient and courteous on the day of the works. Good quality install. What more can you ask for. Highly recommended.

Of course, impeccable and super professional service but I will mention two things in particular: The job was to replace an at least 20-year old toilet clogged up by limescale. The challenge was that the floor tiling had been completed around the toilet rather than on top. It made for a very tricky job to find a toilet that would be just slightly larger than the previous one and I had ordered one that did not fit. I had also purchased a new basin but thought the tap with included. Not a problem for Ben and Tyler. They went out on the day and came back with a perfectly fitting toilet and a new tap when I would have normally expected them to come back another day. The second thing that impressed me was their tidiness while working. I snapped the attached photo of how they kept their tools organised and protect the flooring. I was impressed. I highly recommend Ben and his team and thank them for a great job. Nils

Cannot recommend Loader Plumbing Heating and Gas more highly! As new homeowners we’re always a bit hesitant or unsure of things, but Ben is honest, straightforward and fair. On top of this super friendly, quick and professional. He’s also been great at recommending other excellent local suppliers if there’s something that’s not in his remit. Will be using Loader for any and all future boiler/plumbing/heating issues and services✨

Lovely customer service, Ben was really polite and helpful when I reached out to book a boiler service. On the day Joshua arrived and was very polite and professional. He did the service for the boiler and reached out to cadet for us as our gas pressure was a bit low. He left everything tidy and was friendly and explained everything very throughly. We are impressed with the quality of work carried out and overall service from everyone weve dealt with so far. Will definitely use again for future works.

I honestly cannot recommend Loader Plumbing Heating & Gas highly enough, especially Ben and his team. After our builders and plumbers unfortunately went bankrupt mid-renovation, we were left in an incredibly stressful situation with our house half complete and a lot of uncertainty around the quality of the work already carried out. Ben stepped in and completely changed the trajectory of the project. From day one, he was professional, knowledgeable, honest and reassuring at all times. He took the time to properly assess everything, explain issues clearly, and come up with practical, high-quality solutions. Not only is Ben exceptionally skilled at what he does, he is also just a genuinely lovely person to deal with — reliable, approachable and someone you can completely trust in your home. His whole team have been fantastic: hardworking, respectful, tidy and clearly proud of their workmanship. The standard of work and service has been outstanding throughout and I honestly could not be happier or more grateful for everything they have done to help rescue our renovation. If you are looking for a trustworthy plumbing and heating company that genuinely cares about quality and their customers, Loader Plumbing Heating & Gas are the people to use.

Had my boiler serviced after a few years and received excellent service from Ben and co. Good communication, polite, friendly, explained everything and they followed up some weeks later with adding some handles to my boiler which had been missing from a previous service/company. Needless to say, the boiler is in great working order now. Would highly recommend this business.

Absolutely amazing service from Ben and his team. As it was my first time dealing with any homeowner issues on my own it was daunting but I felt really supported by Ben throughout the entire process. Ben booked me in really quickly and on the day his team were prompt, friendly and really respectful of my house. They were super tidy and clean throughout the entire day and really friendly (Josh & Max). Everyone was really communicative throughout the entire process and made sure to explain everything so I understood each step. A brilliant experience and will be using Loader Plumbing for any future needs! 😁
